Returns For Refund

Thank you for purchasing your new boots from FISHOOZ. Please read this return policy before wearing your new boots.

We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied with your footwear, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping. The footwear must be returned in new condition, with hang tags still intact, and repackaged in the shipping box. Items worn outside cannot be accepted for return.

We do not do direct exchanges. To exchange a product, follow the instructions above to return the product. It will be processed as a refund and you may return to the website to make another purchase.
